Chris grew up in Victoria involved in athletics through playing, coaching, and volunteering. His initial interest in Physiotherapy came from his time spent with his Dad who worked closely with elite sport physiotherapists as a coach of the Olympic and UVIC track team. Post-secondary, Chris was fortunate enough to receive an athletic scholarship to play baseball at Salt Lake Community College in Utah. After his time in Utah, Chris graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with coop experience as a Market Researcher in Technology.
Chris volunteered at Neuromotion in the spring of 2022 to get hands on experience and learn more about neuro-rehab. He is now pleased to join the staff at Neuromotion as a Physical Therapist Assistant and continue learning and working with new and continual clients. Chris supports clients reaching their goals through his encouragement and positive attitude. His goal as a Physical Therapist Assistant is to maximize clients’ functional and physical recovery all while continuing to learn the unique balances in each body.
In his spare time, Chris continues to coach soccer and stay active outdoors by surfing, rock climbing, running, skateboarding, and skiing.
