Claire Kingston holds a Masters of Social Work degree (with clinical specialization). She is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with over 13 years of experience in the health care field.
Claire utilizes a strengths based, collaborative, solution-focused, harm reduction and trauma informed approach. Claire is well versed in assisting others navigate varied systems within the health care system.
As a Social Worker Claire is knowledgeable of both governmental and non-profit funding/advocacy programs and well versed in assisting with varied applications (ex, Handy Dart, support with PWD funding, caregiver resources, ect).
Claire has hands on experience helping individuals navigate chronic health challenges and Grief/Loss. She integrates evidence-based methods into her practice. Claire is also available to support caregivers and family members seeking information, support and counselling.
Claire offers in-person at the Victoria clinic, and virtual sessions for clients at all three of our clinics.
