Clinician Focus
- Conducting clinical initial assessments, consultation, and in-home rehabilitation
- Encouraging clients with positive reinforcement to reach their goals
- Communicating with the Clinical Lead, team members, clients, employers, referral sources, family members, caregivers, and other counsellors.
- Selecting and measuring appropriate qualitative and quantitative outcome measures
- Creating, Building, and Maintaining effective connections with your clients and team members
- Optimizing and maximizing your daily schedule
- Clinician Experience
- Masters in Physiotherapy
- Professional registration with the applicable college or association
- 2+ years of Professional experience is an asset
- Ability to communicate using different styles, out of the box thinking, and methods to suit individual clients and situations
