Position Summary:
Neuromotion is growing. We have open positions in both Mid Vancouver Island and North Shore. Work remotely on the Island or in our brand-new clinic on the North Shore. We are passionate health professionals looking for an experienced and supportive Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Working as an independent contractor the position is currently part- time with an opportunity to increase hours as your caseload grows.

Clinician Focus
• Conducting clinical initial assessments, consultation, and in-home rehabilitation
• Encouraging clients with positive reinforcement to reach their goals
• Communicating with the Clinical Lead, team members, clients, employers, referral sources, family members, caregivers, and other counsellors.
• Selecting and measuring appropriate qualitative and quantitative outcome measures
• Creating, Building, and Maintaining effective connections with your clients and team members
• Optimizing and maximizing your daily schedule

Clinician Experience
• Masters in Physiotherapy
• Professional registration with CPTBC
• Previous work with Neuro clients is an asset but not mandatory
• Ability to communicate using different styles, out of the box thinking, and methods to suit individual clients and situations
