Lauren is a graduate of Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program with experience treating a diverse range of clientele. Among several massage outreaches with a variety of populations, she especially enjoyed her time at iCORD, learning to help people affected by neurological conditions reduce their pain and achieve their goals. Before deciding to become an RMT, Lauren did her Bachelor of Science at UBC in Cognitive Systems, developing her fascination for the nervous system in all its complexity. As an RMT, she has channeled this passion into practical applications to help improve her clients’ quality of life, one person at a time. She takes a person-centered approach, making sure to understand each person’s individual goals and concerns in order to construct a plan that best supports their needs.
Outside of Massage Therapy, Lauren enjoys playing the piano, exploring nature, and playing with her dog, Juno.
