Emily Montgomery
Emily is a Master of Science in Physiotherapy ‘22 graduate from Glasgow Caledonian University, UK. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University, Kingston, ON. Her favourite placement during her Physiotherapy degree was at an in-patient neurological rehabilitation unit in the west of Scotland, which sparked her interest in working in this field.
During her undergraduate degree she also gained experience volunteering in an adapted exercise gym for members of the Kingston community who had mobility impairments. Emily was also involved as the varsity liaison for the Queen’s Concussion Awareness Committee. She has also worked as a physiotherapy aide at a musculoskeletal clinic in Ottawa for many years.
Emily is originally from Ottawa and has always loved coming out west to Vancouver to visit family. She has recently moved to North Vancouver from Glasgow and is currently enjoying exploring all the trails! She was drawn to the Neuromotion team by the friendly and outgoing atmosphere and is looking forward to working with clients to help achieve their goals!
