Out and About (Recreation Programs)

The “Out-And-About” program located in Vancouver provides the opportunity for individuals to try new adapted and modified sports with the help of a Kinesiologist. It is a great chance to meet other individuals with similar disabilities and allows our clients to successfully attempt a new activity with confidence! Previous programs have included kayaking, paddle boarding, trail riding, curling and more.

Individualized Recreational Programs can be provided for clients looking to explore community activities and sports within their neighbourhoods. This customized program will take into account for costs, activities, time availability, transport and goals.
