Position Summary
Neuromotion kinesiologists work collaboratively with people of all ages and abilities who
experience challenges or obstacles to participation. They create and execute exercise plans in
conjunction with the multi-disciplinary Neuromotion clinician team to provide superior care for
clients and enable them to live their best life.

Neuromotion is a group of 5 physiotherapy clinics that are uniquely positioned to treat people
with neurological impairments. We have locations in Surrey, Victoria, Vancouver, Mid Vancouver
Island and North Vancouver. Our goal is to provide the BEST rehabilitation experience possible.

way! Serving adults and children, our compassionate and knowledgeable team of 50 strong and
growing, has a goal to provide the most rewarding rehabilitation experience for all British
Columbians.

your clients to reach their maximum potential. You are a passionate and proud Clinician who is
looking for an opportunity to participate with a team of enthusiastic caring professionals to
deliver outstanding rehabilitation to individuals with Neurological Injuries.


What will you focus on?
Assisting with initial assessments and continued treatment assigned by the physiotherapist
Encouraging clients with positive reinforcement to reach their goals
Treating clients in the clinic and in their homes.
Executing and documenting exercise plans
Creating, Building, and Maintaining effective connections with your clients
Processing accurate and timely charts
Providing a calm and sympathetic demeanor in difficult situations.
Ensuring you provide the safest treatment using clinic space and equipment
Effectively operating innovative technologies including the Lokomat, Myndmove and Tilt Table.
Recruiting, Scheduling and Leading clinic volunteers
Participating in clinic initiatives, social media and community awareness
Communicating with the Clinical Lead and Clinic Manager


What do you bring?

▪ Access to an automobile to administer client “in-home” treatment is an asset
