Short study summary:

The Otago Falls Prevention Program is encouraged for community-dwelling older adults who have had falls or who are falls risks, but can this program be enhanced? Neuromotion wants to test whether this program is enhanced with the addition of a Heel2Toe walking sensor and feedback system. The project will take place over 14 weeks, with 3 Telerehab, 3 in-person sessions and a walking programme.

Study requirements

  • Community-dwelling older adults aged 65 and above.
  • Individuals with a history of falls or identified fall risk factors, living independently.
